This policy explains how Haley Bookkeeping & Administrative Services (“we”) handles information shared through sharihaleybookkeeping.com.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we receive the details you enter — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, and answers about your bookkeeping needs. Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through a third-party form service, FormSubmit.

Please don’t send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers through this website.

If you choose to book a meeting time, the scheduler is provided by Calendly, which receives the name, email, and booking details you enter there.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request and to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Cookies, scheduling, and video

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. The Calendly scheduler loads only if you choose to book a meeting. The video on our About page loads from YouTube only when you choose to play it, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
